I found the service at Hotel Poma to be quite good. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. However, the conditions of the hotel left much to be desired. my room had issues with cleanliness and maintenance, and I often experienced noise from the street outside.

My stay at Hotel Poma was quite disappointing. On one hand, the location was convenient. right across from the Central Station, making travel around Milan easy. However, the hotel itself fell short. the room was small and poorly maintained, with issues like a rusted sink and a poorly functioning bathroom. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Rooms
5.0
The room was cramped and not well-kept. the bathroom had issues like flooding and poor hygiene. It felt cheap and uncomfortable for the price I paid.
Service

While the staff were polite and responsive. I found the service lacking overall, especially considering the state of the facilities. They were quick to upgrade my room. but it didn't really improve the quality of my stay.
Location

The hotel's location is its strong suit. ideally situated near the Central Station and accessible to public transportation, which made getting around the city easy.
Dining

Breakfast options were limited and not worth the 8 euros. I encountered empty croissant trays and slow service, which was frustrating during my stay.

Facilities were lacking. no Wi-Fi in rooms, and the advertised air conditioning did not work properly. Parking seemed overpriced considering what was available nearby.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Poma. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and close to the city center. however, the room I stayed in was not up to par. It felt cramped and poorly maintained, which was disappointing for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Rooms

The room I had was small and lacked basic amenities like curtains. Cleaning was lacking, as I noticed a cigarette smell in the corridors and issues with the shower temperature regulation. It didn't feel like a 3-star experience to me.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, even upgrading rooms quickly when I had issues. However, there were misunderstandings regarding fees which left me feeling frustrated.
Location
8.0
The location was quite good, right next to a metro station and only a short distance from the city center. which was a definite plus for getting around Milan.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were quite minimal, costing 8 euros per person for a few croissants and drinks. I expected something a bit more substantial to kick-start the day.
Facilities

While the hotel had some facilities like parking, it came at an extra cost and was off-street. The overall atmosphere felt dated and not very well-kept.

My stay at Hotel Poma was a mixed bag. The location was convenient for getting around Milan, with easy access to public transit. However, I was disappointed with the room's lack of privacy and cleanliness, particularly the lingering cigarette smell in the corridors. The staff was friendly and responsive to my needs, but the overall quality didn’t quite match what I expected for the price.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in had issues; the windows didn't close properly, leading to a lack of privacy and comfort, especially in the morning sunlight. Furthermore, the room felt humid, and the bathroom walls were too thin, making it hard to be discreet during shower time. On the bright side, the room was spacious and the linens were clean.
Service
5.0
The staff was a highlight of my stay, as they were always available and eager to assist with any requests. They even upgraded my room when I encountered issues. However, the lift was frustratingly slow, which was a downside during my visits to upper floors.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location was quite advantageous, being close to public transportation options that made it easy to explore the city. I particularly appreciated the direct bus line that took me to the Central Station in just 20 minutes.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast options limited and not very appealing. While I enjoyed the fresh croissants, the service lagged at times, and there weren't enough options to satisfy everyone.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had practical parking options available, but it came with an extra cost. On the downside, the overall state of the facilities seemed outdated and could use some renovation.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at Hotel Poma. While the breakfast was a highlight with fresh croissants and juices, my first room was cramped and noisy since it was near the reception. Thankfully, the staff quickly upgraded my room when I brought it up, which was much appreciated. However, the hotel's location was a bit further from the city center than I'd hoped, although the public transport access was good, making it easy to get around Milan.

Rooms
6.0
The initial room was quite small and noisy, but the upgraded room had more space and was cleaner. I did enjoy the daily cleaning service, but the bathrooms had some privacy issues due to thin walls.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They responded well to my complaints, especially the receptionist who managed my room upgrade without hesitation.
Location
7.0
Although it isn't in the city center, the hotel is well-connected to public transport, which made navigating the city easy for sightseeing.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, featuring fresh croissants and other tasty options, providing a nice start to the day.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel had some basic amenities, the elevator was extremely slow, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the bathroom conditions could use improvement.
